Urbaser Environnement, the French subsidiary of Spain’s ACS Group, through its environmental company Urbaser, will use 24 compressed natural gas (CNG) powered collection vehicles, able to meet the Euro 6 emission standard coming into force on 1st January 2014, to provide door to door collection of household waste for the 13th arrondissement of the City of Paris. The company won the five-year contract earlier this year, offering services that allow the City of Paris to meet both its environmental and financial goals.
