The Burgman is equipped with a light, compact fuel cell and a hydrogen tank that is mounted securely between the frame. An auxiliary battery during deceleration and makes driving at low speed for storage of energy that would otherwise be lost. Assuming a constant speed of 30 km per hour, the range is about 350 km.
In March, the Suzuki Burgman Fuel Cell scooter gained Whole Vehicle Type Approval in the European Union, gaining approval for safe use on public roads without having to be inspected and tested individually.
