| China, Shenyang

The government of Shenyang, the capital and largest city of China’s northeast Liaoning Province, recently released it’s “Shenyang clean and renewable energy development plan (2016- 2017)”, which calls for the acceleration and application of natural gas vehicles.

In particular, emphasis is placed on steady growth for LNG automotive applications for inter-city passenger transport and heavy-duty transportation.

The Plan also calls for furthering construction of the refuelling network for both Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), in the conditions of the high-speed service areas and transport nodes. By the end of 2017, the city’s various stations will total 120.
