Indian auto manufacturer Maruti Suzuki has launched the Celerio Limited Edition hatchback with Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) option. According to an article by DriveSpark, the new version Celerio fully accessorised will cost approximately 4.58 Lakh (USD 7,200).
The 1-litre 3-cylinder Maruti Celerio Limited Edition with CNG returns fuel efficiency of 31.79 km/l, comparing favourably to the petrol engine version which has a fuel efficiency of 20.36 km/l. The CNG-compatible engine has max. power of 58 BHP and a peak torque of 78 Nm.
The limited edition is equipped with a package that consists of chrome elements on the Outside Rear View Mirrors (ORVMs), fog lamps, tailgate, tail lamps and headlamps, rear parking sensors and refreshed interior design.
