In Mexico City, 120 DINA Linner G buses were officially launched last week. The compressed natural gas powered buses from the domestic manufacturer will circulate along the Eje 5 and 6 South corridors, Santa Catarina-Metro Observatorio, and will replace 300 microbuses to maintain the commitment to better mobility by Ciudad de México (CDMX).
“Better mobility for Mexico City is equal to less pollution for Mexico City. Better mobility for Mexico City is equal to better experience for the users of public transport,” said the Head of Government, Miguel Ángel Mancera Espinosa. The route services about 150,000 passengers daily.
The Dina Linner G bus has a Euro VI natural gas engine, the Cummins Westport ISL G 8.9 litre.
