Ford will bring a new natural gas vehicle to the Swedish market in November, capable of running on compressed natural gas (CNG) or renewable biogas (biomethane). It introduced the new Ford Focus CNG in connection with the Gasdagarna 2012 event held on 24-25 October in Trollhättan. Based on the standard Ford Focus with 1.6L petrol engine and 120HP, the converted vehicle will have the bi-fuel option to operate on either petrol or gas. BAF Offers Underbody Tanks for Ford F-250/350
BAF Technologies, a Ford QVM and provider of natural gas vehicle systems and conversions, has overcome one of the barriers to CNG vehicle takeup by offering a compressed natural gas (CNG) F-250/350 with underbody tanks, leaving the bed of the pickup completely available. In the case of the F-350, the service body option can be utilized unrestricted. The BAF F-250/350 is available in both dedicated CNG as well as bi-fuel. The dedicated build is available with 17 or 20 GGE and the bi-fuel is available with 10 GGE.

Ford QVM Venchurs Launches CNG Demo Truck Fleet
Venchurs Vehicle Systems (VVS), which offers bi-fuel and CNG (compressed natural gas) dedicated work trucks, has launched a nationwide demo fleet program that will allow fleet managers the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a CNG truck for short term testing.
