Global multi-industry consultant Ricardo plc will launch it’s next generation Atlas-II, the latest high-speed version of Ricardo’s range of large, single cylinder research and development engines, at the 2013 CIMAC World Congress on Combustion Engine Technology next week in Shanghai. Quantum Funded to Develop Low-Cost Natural Gas Engine for C3 to C7 Vehicles

Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc., developer and producer of natural gas storage systems, integration and vehicle system technologies, has been notified by the California Energy Commission’s (CEC) Public Interest Energy Research Program that Quantum’s proposal in response to the Program Opportunity Notice entitled Advanced Natural Gas Engine Research and Development for Class 3 through Class 7 Applications has been recommended for a $1 million grant award.
