Canadian fueling equipment provider FTI International, has entered
into an MOU with Malaysian agent. Gas Emas Corporation Sdn Bhd (GEC).
The MOU was signed on the last day of the ANGVA 2005 exhibition, and
will see GEC supplying and servicing FTI’s full range of Dispensers,
Dryers and Compressors. FTI President & CEO, Ian Patterson, said
the company spent some time looking for the right partner in Malaysia
and hopes to eventually establish a manufacturing presence via the GEC
relationship.
GEC Managing Director & CEO, Mohd Izhar Bidin, says the MOU is an
exciting step for the company. “The NGV industry is perfect for us. It
is very satisfying contributing to cleaner air and we are very pleased
to be representing FTI in Malaysia.” GEC also represents Dynetek,
Lovato Autogas and Chiron Commercial Vehicles.
