Ford India Releases CNG Ikon Flair

ImageFord India have launched a bi-fuel compressed natural gas (CNG) gasoline model of their Ikon. The model was first announced in July this year. Fitted with Bedini CNG conversion systems, the vehicle retails at around $US12,000 at selected cities in India with CNG refuelling infrastructure. Ford India President and Managing Director, Arvind Mathew told press in India that the CNG Ikon is the company's first step into alternative fuels in India.
