European Gaseous Fuels Training Institute – Coming Events

ENGVA continues its industry development efforts via the European Gaseous Fuels Training Institute. This month the Institute offers a variety of different training sessions in a range of natural gas-related areas.

These areas include, among others, alternative fuels, vehicle technology, fuelling systems, policymaking and marketing and commercialisation strategies. ENGVA hosts day-long, in-house training for groups of individuals at its offices in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, just outside of Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Please find just below the upcoming training sessions this month:

16 May 2006. Generic NGV Training

A world/European market overview including future market development & strategic planning & concrete advice for creating sustainable clean fuel government policies on various levels; successes & failures

17 May 2006. In-Depth Training: Vehicle Technology

A detailed view of different light- & heavy-duty vehicle technologies for CNG (& LNG)

17 May 2006. In-Depth Training: Compressor & Fuel Station Technology

An overview of equipment & installation practices & cost-benefits for fleets & public fuel stations

18 May 2006. CNG & Hydrogen Safety Training

Detailed views into current CNG/LNG & hydrogen issues & experience relating to vehicle & fuel station safety

Please note that trainings with insufficient registered participants will be postponed to another date. Deadlines for registration are coming up so we would advise you to register soon!

Convinced that the strategy to reach European 2020 transport targets must include a strong informational and training component, ENGVA offers both in-house and on-site training specialised to the needs of different companies, government decision makers and others.
