The ISO Roundtable
on global harmonization of regulations, codes and standards for gaseous
fuels and vehicles in Geneva on January 10, 2007. This event,
which is organized by the International Organization for
Standardization (ISO), is also supported by the UN body (WP.29) which
is responsible for international regulations for motor vehicles.
The results of the ISO Roundtable will be summarized in a
Harmonization report which will form the basis of future work in this
area including the next harmonization event eg. a 'Conference of
Experts', planned for 2008 to prioritize the harmonization
challenges.
An important item on the agenda of the ISO Roundtable is a presentation
of stakeholder perspectives and feed back which will indicate the
direction that stakeholders will take regarding gaseous fuels
technologies (natural gas and hydrogen) over the next 15-20 years as
well as the challenges they face towards the market entry and
commercialization of these new technologies.
We are asking executive decision makers, to take ten minutes to fill in
this stakeholder perspective questionnaire by following this
link: http://www.ccsglobalgroup.com/stakeholder_perspectives.html
We will send you an executive summary of the stakeholder perspective
results. Please submit your response on or before Friday,
December 15, 2006.
