NGVs Featured at Upcoming Fleet Shows in Salt Lake City, Chicago |

Natural gas vehicles will be front and center at the NAFA Fleet Management Association’s 2008 Institute & Expo at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah May 4-5 and also at Waste Expo at the McCormick Center in Chicago May 6th-8th. NGVAmerica , American Honda, Hythane Company and Emission Solutions Inc will all be exhibiting at NAFA’s annual event and, facilitated by local member company Questar Gas, a variety of NGVs will be prominent at the outdoor Ride-and-Drive scheduled for Monday May 5th from 12:30-4:00pm.
This outdoor display will include:

Honda Civic GX;
-
Questar Chevy 2500HD pick-up truck with a bi-fuel Impco 6.0L engine retrofit system;
- Diamond Parking Services Chevy 3500 cutaway shuttle van with Baytech dedicated 6.0L engine retrofit system;
-
International Series 4400 daycab truck repowered with ESI’s Phoenix 7.6L CNG engine; and
-
Salt Lake City Airport Autocar Xpeditor refuse collection truck powered by a Cummins Westport Inc. (CWI) 8.9L “L Gas” engine.
The Waste Expo will include exhibits/displays by NGVAmerica members
CWI, Clean Energy ESI and Waste Management. We’re also pleased that
natural gas-powered refuse trucks and engines will be on display on the
expo floor including an Autocar Xpeditor with CWI 8.9 L Gas engine and
a Crane Carrier LET2-52 with CWI 8.9L ISL G engine. ESI’s Phoenix 7.6L
CNG engine will be featured in the booth of Refuse Truck Inc.
