The Asia-Pacific Natural Gas Vehicles Association (ANGVA) will hold its 7th NGV School at Seoul National University in Seoul from Apr. 26 to Apr. 27. The program is jointly hosted by ANGVA and KANGV (Korea Association of Natural Gas Vehicles). The two day program includes speakers and lecturers from Korea's Ministry of Environment, Gas Safety Corporation, Gwangshin and Hyosung Corporation.
The topics of the 7th ANGVA NGV School include;
-Strategy and policy for popularising NGVs and NGV refuelling infrastructure
-On-site safety control of high pressure gas
-Effective refueling related computer programming
-Principles of packing & piston rings for compressors
-Maintenance theory of standard parts of fuelling systems
An opening remark is to be made by Dean of the ANGVA NGV School, Dr. Sung Joon Kim. There will also be a special address by Mr. Kwang Joon Lee, Mayor of Chuncheon City andcongratulatory addresses by Mr. Ki Eop Hong, Director General of Gangwon Province, fund provider to the NGV School and the Chairman of KANGV, Mr. Jae Hyun Jung. The presentation of a certificate to attendees will be the final event of the two day NGV school program.
