Clean Energy Fuels and American Honda Terminate FuelMaker Purchase

US based Clean Energy Fuels has issued a statement announcing the termination of their agreement with American Honda to purchase FuelMaker for $17 million. Both parties apparently agreed to the termination in accordance with the terms of the original purchase agreement.
