Californian School District Opens 26-Pump CNG Station

California’s Newport-Mesa Unified School District’s Transportation Department has opened a new CNG refueling station to supply its school buses with CNG. The Daily Pilot reports the 26-pump station and 29 new CNG buses were made possible through grants from organizations like the South Coast Air Quality Management District and the California Air Resources Board.
