Dover Corporation, of which fluid handling equipment manufacturer OPW is a subsidiary, has completed its acquisition of Tokheim’s dispenser and system businesses and they are now part of OPW. Both companies offer products for handling natural gas fuel: Tokheim makes a modular CNG dispenser and OPW makes CNG dispensing componentry.
“Both Tokheim and OPW have been leaders in the retail fueling industry for more than a century,” said David Crouse, OPW President. “By integrating Tokheim’s advanced line of dispensers and automation systems, the combined business will be able to offer our customers an unparalleled end-to-end fueling solution.”
