StatoilHydro fleet LNG refueling in Norway
Norway’s Bergen-based gas technology company Liquiline has entered into a contract for a Front-End Engineering & Design (FEED) study with a major European ship owner. The study, to be carried out by Liquiline Solutions, its engineering and terminal division, will investigate the possible establishment of an LNG (liquefied natural gas) ship bunkering terminal in a Northern European port. Liquiline has previously been involved in the set-up of an LNG ship terminal in 2009, used to supply LNG to StatoilHydro-chartered vessels going to and from oil and gas platforms in the North Sea.
