Greenlane Biogas, worldwide developer and supplier of technology for upgrading biogas to renewable biomethane for use in natural gas pipelines and/or vehicle fuel, has been restructured with a new ownership group. The company’s corporate structure has been streamlined and optimized to both enable new investment and to support the capital requirements for the substantial growth expected by the group over the next years. Greenlane will maintain its capabilities in the gas compression and heat exchange markets, which complement its biogas upgrading activities.
