Chinese bus manufacturer Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd. (Foton) has received an order for natural gas powered buses from Beijing Passenger Transport Co., Ltd.
According to the contract, the bus maker is going to deliver 58 Foton AUV CNG buses, comprising 34 units BJ6831C6MCB-2 CNG buses and 24 units BJ6105C6MCD CNG buses.
The successful fulfillment of the contract is said to not only assist promotion of the clean energy products on the domestic market, but will effectively reduce PM2.5 emissions, thereby helping to improve the air quality in urban areas
