Wisconsin-based CMD Corporation has leveraged 35 years designing and building industrial equipment for the converting market to officially launch a complete array of CNG fueling station equipment, site integration/planning, service and parts.

CMD expanded equipment design and manufacturing services into the energy industry with compressed natural gas refueling stations market in 2013 and up until now has been supplying under an exclusive agreement to a fuel supplier. CMD station equipment is present in multiple branded CNG stations throughout the U.S. –  18 active, 4 being built and 4 being permitted for 26 in total.

Their systems feature advanced PLC controls, high-quality inlet gas dryers, ASME storage tanks, GE compressor systems, piping/tubing, and specialized booster or pressure reduction systems where needed.

The company is a certified GE Compressor packager, enabling it to offer a variety of compressor sizes ranging from 75 psi to over 450 psi. Both fast-fill and time-fill fuel dispensing is available, along with data management systems and remote monitoring.

Equipment is designed and manufactured at the CMD 125,000 sq. ft. campus in Appleton.
