SENER Marine LNG-powered SBBT unit for Panfido In a project co-funded by the European Union through the Poseidon MED II program, Spanish engineering and technology group SENER is to provide assistance with the construction of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) SBBT unit. Spanish engineering and technology group SENER Group has been granted Approval in Principle (AiP) Certificates by DNV GL for a LNG-fuelled bunkering vessel. The new design has been found to comply with DNV GL class rules and all current and upcoming regulations, including the new emission control regulations and the IGF Code for fuel with a low flashpoint. TUI Cruises Adds Newbuilds with LNG Propulsion

The supervisory bodies of both companies have decided to commission the construction of two shipbuildings at the Italian Fincantieri shipyard.
