LR-classed Hydroville Prepares Way for H2-Powered Vessels

Prins CNG/LPGNetherlands’ Publicatiereeks Gevaarlijke Stoffen (PGS, tr. Hazardous Substances Publication Series) has drafted a national safety guideline covering safe procedures for CNG and LNG vehicles (PGS 26). The document is formulated according to ‘Nieuwe Stijl’ (tr. New Style) guidelines which convert existing PGS publications into a format consistent with the Netherland’s 2018 Environmental Act. Biomethane Planned for Estonian CNG Stations in 2018

Parnu Savi 39 Gas Station CNGAS Eesti Gaas (Estonia Gas) and Rohegaas OÜ (Greengas) signed a cooperation agreement late last year, according to which Eesti Gaas will purchase approximately 11 million m³ of biomethane from Rohegaas OÜ in 2018 and 2019, for dispensing at its Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations. Italgas Switching 2,500 Vehicles to Natural Gas

Italgas fleet conversion commencesItalgas, the leading gas operator in Italy and third in Europe, in December commenced the conversion of its entire fleet to methane-powered vehicles from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. The first new cars were delivered to Turin, and thereafter to Rome and Naples, two of the main cities in which the Italgas Group operates. The company has set upon what is calls a virtuous path toward limiting transport-related harmful emissions.
