Bangladesh Communications Minister Obaidul Quader says 9,000 four-stroke three-wheeler Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) auto-rickshaws would be added to Dhaka and the country’s commercial capital Chittagong in the next 45 days, report the National News Agency of Bangladesh, BSS. The new CNG-powered three- wheeler bring the total CNG rickshaws to 20,696 in Dhaka. To the southeast, the city of Chittagong’s CNG rickshaw fleet will reach approximately 17,000.
