A CNG Filling Station Because the People Needed It

| Brazil, Quiemados

Queimados, a municipality of the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro, inaugurated its second compressed natural gas filling station in June “because our people needed it”, said Mayor Max Lemos. He commented that the cheaper fuel will bring economical improvements for them. Adriano and Henrique Fagundes invested BRL 500,000 (USD 72 000) to set up the manned 24/7 station with four dispenser nozzles and the capacity to serve an average of 700 vehicles per day.
