Baytech Medium-Light Duty Engines Certified

October 3, 2005

USA, California

California’s
Baytech Corporation has received CARB and EPA certifications for their
compressed natural gas (CNG) fueled GM 6.0, 5.3, and 4.3L medium- and
light-duty vehicles.

Popular vehicle applications include the
Express/Savana vans, Astro/Safari vans, C2500HD/3500 pick-ups and cab
and chassis models, van cut-away models, Workhorse step vans, Isuzu
NPR/W3500 trucks, Tahoe/Suburban/Yukon/Escalade SUVs and
Silverado/Sierra pick-ups. The dedicated CNG Express/Savana vans, SUVs,
and Silverado/Sierra pick-ups are certified to California SULEV and
Federal ILEV emission standards, qualifying them for carpool lane
access with a single occupant on California highways.
