AFV Solutions, Inc. has received an initial deposit from a Peruvian company towards the purchase of four CNG buses manufactured by Wuzhoulong Motors Shenzhen China. This is AFVS’ first sales transaction for Chinese buses.
“We have been aggressively pursuing the brokerage and distribution of
hybrid electric, CNG, diesel and LPG buses from Wuzhoulong. This
deposit marks a milestone in our business development and goes a long
way towards validating our revised business plan and alternative fuel
strategy,” stated Carlos Zalduondo, AFVS’ Chief Executive Officer. “Our
team has spent significant time in Peru and other countries solidifying
this initial sale and it is extremely gratifying to see our hard work
be rewarded through this initial deposit.”
AFVS, through its agreement with Wuzhoulong, is the exclusive
representative for sales, marketing, and distribution of these
different types of buses in five countries.
This initial sales order is for four CNG buses and also includes one
diesel bus. Zalduondo further stated, “Future prospects for additional
bus sales to Peru and other South American countries look promising.”
